Project Specialist – Industrial Projects

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Project Specialist to lead technical and industrial projects from feasibility through commissioning at its Casablanca site. The role supports the company’s mission to deliver high‑quality medicines by ensuring projects meet GMP, safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies, design, commissioning and start‑up of industrial projects.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources and risk registers.
• Coordinate internal teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance) and external partners such as suppliers and contractors.
• Prepare technical specifications, conduct supplier consultations and follow‑up on vendor activities.
• Ensure installations comply with GMP, ISO 14644‑4 and EU GMP Annex 1 requirements.
• Oversee equipment qualification, validation and acceptance testing.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and optimise industrial performance.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Industrial, Electromechanical or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in industrial project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and cleanroom environments.
• Proficiency in French and English.
• Analytical, autonomous and results‑oriented mindset.
