About the role
We are seeking a Project Specialist L2 to lead and coordinate production preparation activities for customer trial builds and mass production in the automotive sector. The role involves consolidating detailed project plans, ensuring clear communication, and aligning projects with GPMS standards.
Key responsibilities
- Consolidate detailed PPPs into a single comprehensive plan with timing for all production preparation activities.
- Maintain clear communication with team members regarding project timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate projects according to GPMS standards and compile weekly 4M status reports with corrective actions.
- Organise weekly cross‑functional project meetings and create/maintain project documentation, plans, and reports for functional reviews.
- Lead implementation of project standards inspired by GPMS and interface with CSC for all project‑related items.
Required profile
- Engineer’s degree or Master’s in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Bac+5).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Fluent in French and English.
