Prompt Writer (AI Training)

About the role

We are looking for imaginative writers to create prompts that challenge and improve advanced AI systems. In this fully remote, flexible contract position you will shape how AI thinks, reasons, and responds by designing diverse questions, scenarios, and safety tests.

Key responsibilities

• Craft original, varied prompts across many topics, formats, and difficulty levels.
• Design questions and scenarios that test AI reasoning, creativity, factual accuracy, and safety.
• Follow style guides and prompt‑writing frameworks to ensure consistency.
• Iterate and refine prompts based on feedback and evolving project needs.
• Work independently on your own schedule, delivering 10–40 hours per week.

Required profile

• Creative thinker with strong written communication skills.
• Comfortable writing clearly on a wide range of subjects.
• Curious, detail‑oriented, and able to follow structured guidelines.
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working independently.
• No technical, AI, or academic background required.
