Property Manager Assistant – French Speaking (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Property Manager Assistant to support a residential property management team remotely from Morocco. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in property management, be fluent in English and French, and be comfortable interacting with tenants, prospects, and vendors via phone, email and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Handle tenant and prospective resident communications through phone, email and other channels.
• Assist with leasing activities, lease renewals, delinquency follow‑ups and maintenance coordination.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule property tours and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Promote available units using a personal Facebook account, answering questions and arranging viewings.
• Manage daily tasks in AppFolio, including updating tenant records and tracking communications.
• Provide administrative support to the Property Manager, maintaining accurate documentation and coordinating day‑to‑day operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and tenants to resolve maintenance requests efficiently.

Required profile

• Previous hands‑on experience in residential property management (customer service alone is insufficient).
• Fluency in both English and French with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Self‑motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and adapt quickly to new processes.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote‑work setup.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property‑management software.
