Prospection Manager – Retail Real Estate (Tangier)

About the role

The Prospection Manager will support the Market & Express Division by driving the growth of the company's retail real‑estate portfolio. This role focuses on identifying, evaluating and securing new store locations across Tangier.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential store sites.
• Analyse the Business Unit’s space needs using local and regional market intelligence and dedicated studies.
• Lead lease negotiations and secure favourable rental terms.
• Present proposals to the Business Unit direction and the Investment Monitoring Committee for approval.
• Obtain all required administrative authorisations.
• Achieve defined targets for the number of new store leases.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial prospecting and field work.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with public and private stakeholders in the real‑estate sector.
• Good understanding of market trends, competition and commercial development opportunities.
