Psychologist - Project-Based Delivery

About the role

Mizaji is seeking qualified psychologists for project‑based collaboration. The role involves delivering online individual care, structured group sessions, psychoeducational activities, workshops, staff‑facing sessions, and other wellbeing‑related services. This is a flexible, non‑fixed position that will be matched to project needs and candidate availability.

Key responsibilities

• Provide online individual psychological support as required.
• Facilitate structured group sessions, workshops, and psychoeducational activities.
• Deliver staff‑facing and wellbeing‑related sessions for professional audiences.
• Ensure safe group dynamics and adhere to safeguarding or child‑protection standards.
• Work with prepared materials and follow delivery standards set by Mizaji.

Required profile

• Master's degree in psychology, clinical psychology, educational psychology, or a closely related field.
• Experience working with adolescents, young people, adults, or professional audiences.
• Proven ability to facilitate groups, workshops, trainings, or psychoeducational sessions.
• Clear, professional communication in English.
• Willingness to engage in project‑based work and flexible availability.
• Either existing safeguarding/child‑protection training or willingness to complete it for future projects.
