Public Relations Intern

About the role

WeLearn, a fast‑growing scale‑up founded by former Google and Facebook strategists, is looking for a motivated Public Relations Intern. You will support the PR team in building media relationships, creating press materials, and monitoring coverage across traditional and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively search for media contacts using journalist platforms, LinkedIn, and other online sources.
• Draft press releases, presentations, and other PR assets to meet departmental deadlines.
• Monitor website and social‑media data, generate reports, and help develop new PR strategies.
• Participate in various PR projects and initiatives, contributing ideas and execution support.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of PR to stay updated on media coverage and upcoming opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1) and French (C1).
• Graduate student in PR, communication, journalism, foreign languages, international relations, or a related field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for interacting with media.
• Ability to summarise concepts, write clearly, and translate texts when needed.
• Open‑minded attitude toward feedback and problem‑solving.
