Purchaser – Automotive Procurement (Oujda)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Purchaser to join our automotive procurement team in Oujda. The role supports indirect purchasing, supplier management and ensures optimal cost, quality and delivery performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of indirect purchases and services, from requirement gathering to contract finalisation.
• Source and prospect suppliers, launch tenders, evaluate proposals and negotiate price, lead‑time, quality and after‑sales terms.
• Maintain and monitor purchase orders, supplier claims and delivery performance in SAP MM.
• Analyse purchasing data using Excel dashboards, pivot tables, Power Query and Power Pivot to drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with contractual clauses and address billing or delivery discrepancies promptly.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Management, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong attention to detail, data quality and document control.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (dashboards, pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot).
• Proficiency with SAP MM.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Digital data analysis tools.
