QA Officer – Injectable Manufacturing

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a QA Officer to support its injectable manufacturing and packaging operations in Casablanca. You will work in a collaborative environment that values innovation, care, and teamwork, ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily QA walkthroughs in injectable manufacturing and packaging areas.
• Verify compliance with GMP, good documentation practices, and real‑time data recording.
• Check condition of production areas, equipment, materials, and environmental parameters.
• Monitor personnel hygiene and confirm proper completion of line‑clearance activities.
• Prepare walkthrough reports and follow up on corrective actions.
• Perform acceptance tests at various manufacturing stages and record results accurately.
• Participate in in‑process controls, reinforced inspections, and finished‑product sampling.
• Investigate deviations within the Injectables Department.

Required profile

• Technical or scientific educational background.
• Good knowledge of Quality Assurance activities and requirements.
• Strong understanding of GMP and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and quality‑focused attitude.
