QC Analyst – Quality Control Laboratory

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a motivated QC Analyst to join its Casablanca laboratory. You will work in a collaborative environment that values innovation, care, and teamwork, supporting the production of high‑quality pharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities

• Perform stability, validation, raw material, packaging material, semi‑finished and finished product analyses.
• Conduct both manual and automated laboratory tests following GMP and GLP standards.
• Calibrate, adjust, and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Prepare, store, and manage reagents according to established procedures.
• Follow the analysis schedule, compare results with standards, and document findings.
• Identify anomalies, contribute to investigations, and issue analysis reports.
• Propose improvements in equipment organization and support technical training of new team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3/4) in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Quality Control/Analysis, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively while collaborating across logistics, production, QA, and maintenance departments.
