QC Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated QC Supervisor to join our Quality Management Department. The role oversees inspection and testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products while managing laboratory operations and a dedicated QC team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute inspection plans for incoming materials, in‑process production, and finished goods.
• Supervise daily laboratory activities, assign testing tasks, and ensure compliance with safety and procedural standards.
• Lead investigations of non‑conforming products, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee calibration, maintenance, and proper use of laboratory equipment and manage consumables inventory.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other quality standards; prepare reports and support internal/external audits.

Required profile

• Highly motivated professional with experience in quality control environments.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems.
• Proven ability to lead a laboratory team and manage non‑conformance processes.
