Quality and Customer Manager – Automotive

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Department Manager (Customer Representative) who will act as the internal representative of customer requirements related to quality standards. The role ensures coordination and supervision of quality system implementation across the organization, maintaining competitiveness and compliance with customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as process owner for flows 0, 1, and 5, accountable for results and quality objectives.
• Serve as the internal and external voice of the customer regarding quality requirements, ensuring compliance with special characteristics.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions, stop production or shipments of non‑conforming products when necessary.
• Support product design and development, assess feasibility of new manufacturing projects, and introduce new processes and equipment.
• Supervise statistical process control (SPC) through sampling methods and define inspection criteria.
• Ensure proper implementation of the quality management system and verify compliance with working conditions, documentation, and tool validation.
• Communicate IT system needs to the IT department and act as Product Risk Manager.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in a technical or scientific field, or proven quality experience in automotive or plastics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive or plastics industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and cross‑functional coordination skills.
