About the role
The Quality and Customer Manager acts as the internal voice of the customer, ensuring that product quality meets both customer expectations and regulatory standards. This position oversees the implementation of quality systems, drives continuous improvement, and supports product development across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and manage special characteristics and define quality objectives.
- Lead corrective and preventive actions, including containment and shipment stops for non‑conforming products.
- Support product design, development, and new project feasibility assessments.
- Supervise statistical process control (SPC) and ensure compliance with defined procedures.
- Manage the quality management system (QMS) implementation and verify documentation, tool validation, and working conditions.
- Oversee the Environmental Management System (EMS) to meet international standards.
- Act as Product Risk Manager and communicate IT system needs to the IT department.
Required profile
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in a technical or scientific field.
- Proven experience in quality management within the automotive or plastics industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and cross‑functional coordination abilities.
