Quality and Customer Manager

About the role

The Quality and Customer Manager acts as the internal voice of the customer, ensuring that all products meet defined quality standards and customer expectations. This position oversees the implementation of the quality system across the organization and drives continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and manage special characteristics and define quality objectives.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions, including containment and non‑conformance handling.
• Support product design and development, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• Manage customer portals and act as the primary customer representative for quality matters.
• Supervise statistical process control (SPC) and define inspection criteria.
• Assess feasibility of new manufacturing projects and coordinate cross‑functional execution.
• Ensure proper implementation of the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
• Communicate IT system needs and verify tool validation compliance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in a technical or scientific field.
• Proven experience in quality management within the automotive or plastics industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
