Quality Control Technician

About the role

Stil Nua Fashion is seeking a full‑time Quality Control Technician to join its team in the Tangier Free Zone. You will play a key part in ensuring that all materials and finished products meet the company’s high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and test raw materials and finished garments for compliance with quality specifications.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment used for testing.
• Collaborate with production staff to identify, report, and resolve quality issues.
• Document test results and inspection findings accurately.
• Support the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes.

Required profile

• Proven knowledge of quality control and quality assurance processes.
• Strong analytical abilities for assessing materials and detecting discrepancies.
• Experience working with laboratory equipment and conducting tests.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant certifications or training in quality management systems (preferred).
• Degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with the textile and fashion industry is an advantage.
