Quality Management System Engineer – Plant Level (Tangier)

About the role

Join One Mobility Group in Tangier as a Quality Management System Engineer. You will ensure that all plant‑level QMS activities comply with automotive standards and align with globally defined processes. This role offers the chance to work in a fast‑moving, innovative environment supporting end‑to‑end mobility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee that plant QMS activities meet IATF 16949 and other automotive standards.
• Act as a trusted partner within the local matrix and with the Group’s central quality function.
• Facilitate communication and best‑practice sharing between local and global teams.
• Lead interdisciplinary quality programmes and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide data‑driven feedback and act on quality metrics.
• Supervise internal IATF 16949 audits, follow‑up on findings, and support audit planning.
• Maintain controlled documents and standardise reporting.
• Inform the organisation about changes in the quality management system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive quality management and IATF 16949 implementation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to base decisions on numbers and facts.
• Leadership capability to guide interdisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills for local‑global coordination.
