Quality Production Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Production Engineer to join our automotive manufacturing team. The role focuses on ensuring product quality throughout the production line, handling customer complaints, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate production quality activities in line with IATF 16949 and VDA standards.
• Manage non‑conformities, customer complaints and corrective actions.
• Conduct problem‑solving projects using 8D, QRQC, 5 Why, Ishikawa and PDCA methodologies.
• Perform data analysis, KPI monitoring, Pareto analysis and track action plans.
• Develop and maintain core quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and Control Plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prioritize and implement quality improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Technical Engineering (BAC+5).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in production, customer or process quality.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA standards and customer‑specific requirements.
• Ability to work autonomously, under pressure and manage conflicts.
