Quality Production Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Production Engineer to join our automotive manufacturing team. The successful candidate will ensure that production processes meet the highest quality standards, support customer requirements and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality systems in line with IATF 16949 and VDA standards.
• Lead APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and Control Plan activities for new and existing products.
• Conduct problem‑solving using 8D, QRQC, 5 Why, Ishikawa and PDCA methodologies.
• Analyse production data, monitor KPIs, perform Pareto analysis and track corrective actions.
• Manage non‑conformities, customer complaints and drive root‑cause resolution.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality requirements are met on time.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+5 in Industrial, Mechanical or Technical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive production, customer or process quality.
• Strong analytical mindset, organized and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication in English, both spoken and written.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage conflicts and drive corrective actions.

Required skills

• IATF 16949 and VDA standards knowledge.
• Core tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plan.
• Problem‑solving methods: 8D, QRQC, 5 Why, Ishikawa, PDCA.
• Data analysis, KPI monitoring, Pareto analysis and action‑plan tracking.
