Quality Production Engineer (Pre‑employment Internship)

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Production Engineer to join our team on a pre‑employment internship basis. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with customer requirements throughout project phases, series production changes, and potential relocations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure and adhere to specific customer requirements during project phases, series production changes, product changes, and production relocations.
• Plan, coordinate and implement the sampling process in line with EMPB/PPAP standards.
• Take responsibility for meeting defined product attributes and verify that checking processes are effective.
• Make decisions on production processes and manage internal product release.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering or a technical field.
• Knowledge of automotive quality management systems (IATF, VDA) and improvement tools (8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, 5WHY, SPC, APQP, MSA, PPAP).
• Previous experience with cutting or crimping processes is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in English and MS Office.
