Quantitative Developer / IT Quant (Experienced Hires)

About the role

Phi Partners is expanding its Quantitative Services team in Casablanca. As a Quantitative Developer / IT Quant you will work on the implementation and optimisation of pricing and risk models, contribute to the evolution of quant libraries, and support front‑office trading applications.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate pricing and risk models into sophisticated quant libraries.
• Upgrade, refactor and optimise existing quant code for performance.
• Develop rapid front‑office applications that directly support trading desks.
• Improve backend infrastructure and computation platforms for quant workloads.
• Collaborate closely with quant developers, model developers, analysts and front‑office IT engineers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quantitative development or IT‑focused quant roles.
• Strong understanding of model integration, performance optimisation and software engineering best practices.
• Ability to work on multi‑disciplinary teams and communicate with both technical and finance stakeholders.
