Quote Service Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Quote Service Associate to support our small‑to‑medium customers by managing the end‑to‑end quotation process. You will work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely quotes using Arrow’s quoting platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify all data on the Strategic Quote Coversheet (SQCS) for completeness.
• Enter and maintain customer quote information in Arrow IQ and Sales Desktop systems.
• Download quote data from third‑party tools, format it, and perform intermediate‑level Excel manipulation before entry.
• Identify and correct NEDA assignment discrepancies and scrub part numbers using Part Search and Component Quest tools.
• Communicate the quote strategy set by the SMR into the Basic Quote Cover Sheet and monitor the Unassigned Quote Queue.
• After markup, extract the final quote from Arrow IQ, verify its accuracy, and prepare it for delivery to the customer.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience, or high‑school graduate with equivalent experience.
• Ability to work within established procedures with moderate supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and sound decision‑making in straightforward situations.
