Real Estate Agent – Luxury Market (Marrakech)

About the role

ZENA Luxury Real Estate is expanding its team in Marrakech and seeks experienced Real Estate Agents to join a growing luxury agency. The role is client‑oriented, focusing on high‑end residential properties and requires strong knowledge of the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers and investors.
• Source, promote and present luxury residential properties in Marrakech.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and conduct property viewings.
• Advise clients throughout buying, selling and rental processes and negotiate offers.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with clients and prospects to build long‑term relationships.
• Collaborate with the ZENA Luxury team to achieve commercial objectives and represent the brand professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of the Marrakech property market.
• Fluent in French or English; bilingualism is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and results‑oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Existing client or professional network in Marrakech is a plus.
