Real Estate Agent – Luxury Property Sales & Rentals

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to join Zena Luxury’s Marrakech office, focusing on the sale and rental of premium and luxury properties. The role will involve building relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and supporting the company’s expansion plans into Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and nurture prospective clients for luxury property transactions.
• Present and promote properties, conduct viewings and negotiate terms.
• Generate and follow up leads through networking, referrals and online channels.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure high‑level service throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling property listings.

Required profile

• Fluent in French or English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a client‑focused attitude.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
• Ambitious, professional and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
