Real Estate Manager

About the role

The Real Estate Manager will lead the development and execution of real‑estate strategies to support brand expansion across Morocco. Working closely with the Head of Real Estate and brand teams, the role ensures acquisition, lease negotiation, and portfolio management align with growth objectives and cost‑control targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and mobilise market‑specific real‑estate strategy in line with overall business goals.
• Identify, acquire and hand‑over sites for new restaurant units, coordinating with construction and pipeline teams.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements related to property operations and forecast restaurant openings.
• Monitor lease negotiations, including rent reductions, and ensure accurate pipeline and forecast reporting.
• Lead the acquisition team, manage relationships with franchisors, agents, and landlords, and oversee legal and planning processes.
• Develop cost‑effective location solutions, balancing lease versus ownership, term length, financial commitments and exit strategies.
• Produce pipeline reports and ensure proper issuance of IFA documentation with the Franchise Operations Team.
• Implement strategies to minimise property cost inflation and drive cost‑saving negotiations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate acquisition, lease negotiation and portfolio management.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to prepare statements, conduct feasibility studies and forecast growth.
• Excellent knowledge of market analysis, planning and regulatory processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage external partners.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Arabic is a plus.
