About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Property Advisor to join our team and drive the sale of residential properties. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the buying process while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads from potential clients.
• Advise clients on property options that match their needs, budget, and preferences.
• Negotiate prices and terms, and close sales efficiently.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Montenegro real‑estate laws, market trends, and property values.
• Prepare and present proposals, reports, and required documentation.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive follow‑up.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience in residential real‑estate sales.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Fluent in English.
