Recruiter (English-speaking)

About the role

Ladgov Corporation (Africa) is seeking an English‑speaking Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team. You will own the full‑cycle hiring process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring we attract top technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to design and execute recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals and industry events.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
• Conduct in‑depth interviews and evaluate candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (JazzHR).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑sufficient with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience using JazzHR or similar ATS platforms.
