Recruiter for MENA Talent Placement

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to source, vet, and place top MENA talent with our US startup clients. This remote position offers the chance to work at the heart of a fast‑growing recruitment partner and develop into a leadership role within talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates across multiple roles and clients.
• Run interviews and assess candidates for skill and culture fit.
• Match the right talent to the right client requirements.
• Manage candidate pipelines and keep trackers up to date.
• Coordinate scheduling between candidates and clients.
• Keep candidates warm and engaged throughout the process.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar people‑facing role.
• Sharp judgment of people and strong communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage many candidates and roles simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with US working hours.
