Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment & Talent Acquisition professional to manage the full hiring lifecycle and support employee onboarding. The role includes candidate selection, interview coordination, contract preparation, and maintaining HR records.

Key responsibilities

• Select candidates after reviewing and screening applications.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Conduct phone and initial interviews to assess qualifications and suitability.
• Prepare employment contracts for selected operators and ensure they are signed before start dates.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for newly hired employees.
• Maintain and update employee records in SAP, including new hires, departures, and internal position changes.
• Manage employee movements, including position changes and internal promotions.
• Oversee the full internship process, including recruitment, documentation, and coordination of catering and transportation services.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition and recruitment strategy.
• Strong teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Good knowledge of recruitment KPIs.
• Proficiency in French and English.
