Recruitment & Training Lead

About the role

Ciments du Maroc is looking for a Recruitment & Training Lead to manage recruitment, onboarding, internal mobility and training processes across all its sites. The role ensures consistent practices between headquarters and plants, within budgetary limits, internal procedures, Group guidelines and the Code of Professional Conduct.

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment: consolidate the annual recruitment plan with business departments and site HR teams, screen candidates, run HR interviews, coordinate job offers and report recruitment KPIs by site and department.
• Onboarding and internal mobility: organize onboarding and monitor new hires through their probation, support internal mobility and career development.
• Employer branding: develop school and university partnerships, contribute to employer branding and coordinate recruitment fairs.
• Training: identify training needs for management-level employees, select providers, deliver sessions, run Soft Skills programs and submit OFPPT applications under Special Training Contracts.
• Analyze training KPIs and budgets and report by site and department.

Required profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Human Resources, Management or Business Administration.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment and/or training, ideally in a multi-site industrial environment.
• Arabic, French and English.

Required skills

• Recruitment and interviewing techniques, training needs analysis and program design.
• Budget management and coordination of training providers.
• Labor law and OFPPT Special Training Contracts procedures.
• HRIS, especially Workday Recruiting and Workday Learning, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong organization, communication, teamwork, analytical and synthesis skills, confidentiality and initiative.
