About the role

The Agency for the Development of the Bouregreg Valley is conducting a public competition to recruit four State Engineers in Civil Engineering. Selected candidates will join the agency’s engineering team to contribute to the planning, design and execution of infrastructure, building and civil works projects across the valley.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the design and implementation of civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, buildings and public works.
• Ensure technical compliance with national regulations and agency standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project specifications on time and within budget.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports and feasibility studies.

Required profile

• Moroccan nationality, aged between 18 and 45 at the time of recruitment.
• Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from recognized institutions such as École Mohammadia d’Ingénieurs or École Hassania des Travaux Publics.
• Minimum three years of proven experience in infrastructure, building or civil works projects.
• Complete application dossier submitted online by 1 September 2026, including CV, copies of diplomas, national ID and work attestations.
