Regional Accounts Payable Clerk

About the role

G Adventures is looking for a Regional Accounts Payable Clerk to ensure accurate processing and reconciliation of invoices, payments, and account records across its global trip operations. The role acts as a primary liaison with suppliers, supporting month‑end close and audit activities while driving continuous improvements in the finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Validate supplier invoices within internal booking systems for global trip operations.
• Record, verify, and reconcile accounts payable transactions, maintaining accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
• Maintain the accounts payable subledger, including aging schedules and payable tracking, and ensure proper general ledger coding.
• Review and reconcile vendor accounts to guarantee timely and accurate payments.
• Serve as the main accounting contact for suppliers, providing guidance and prompt responses to inquiries.
• Develop and sustain strong supplier relationships through proactive communication.
• Collaborate with vendors to identify and implement process improvements that enhance payment cycle efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in accounts payable or related finance functions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile complex transaction data.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently while supporting month‑end and audit processes.
• Proactive attitude toward process improvement and efficiency.
