Regional Sales Director

About the role

The Regional Sales Director will lead revenue growth and market expansion for Reservation Centric across North Africa, with a primary focus on Morocco. This full‑time remote position manages the complete sales cycle and builds lasting relationships with hotel owners, operators, and management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive new business.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
• Conduct virtual and on‑site product demonstrations for hotel stakeholders.
• Provide post‑sale support in partnership with customer service teams.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a distributed sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Forecast, report on performance, and align offerings with marketing and product teams.

Required profile

• Proven track record meeting or exceeding revenue targets in B2B software or hospitality technology.
• Experience in sales operations, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM‑driven decision making.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Demonstrated team‑management skills, including coaching and performance management of remote teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities with senior hotel stakeholders.
• Understanding of hotel operations, property‑management systems, or hospitality cloud platforms is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel within the region as needed.
• Background in a SaaS startup environment is highly desirable.
