Regional Sales Director – Morocco

About the role

The Hashgraph Group is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Morocco to lead enterprise sales across the MENA region. This senior individual‑contributor position focuses on generating net‑new business, building strategic accounts, and converting complex opportunities into software and services revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Drive enterprise sales growth across MENA, starting with Morocco.
• Identify, qualify, and develop net‑new opportunities with large mid‑market and enterprise customers.
• Lead end‑to‑end deal execution, from early engagement through negotiation and close.
• Establish and nurture senior relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Position THG’s portfolio of decentralized identity, digital product passport, supply‑chain traceability, ESG, and AI‑enabled workflow solutions.

Required profile

• Proven enterprise sales track record, preferably in technology or blockchain‑related solutions.
• Experience opening strategic accounts and managing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
• Strong ability to translate market shifts into qualified pipeline and closed revenue.
• Senior‑level sales expertise with a hunter mindset.
