About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs professional to lead lifecycle submission activities for the Maghreb region and French‑speaking Africa. Based in Casablanca, you will coordinate end‑to‑end regulatory processes, ensuring timely submissions and updates across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle management activities in accordance with established processes and country‑specific requirements.
• Develop strategy and timelines for National Procedure submissions and present them to local operation companies.
• Prepare submission‑ready dossiers, ensure high‑quality documentation, and meet submission deadlines.
• Process Health Authority approvals and trigger post‑approval activities promptly.
• Maintain and update regulatory databases throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with ERMC colleagues, external stakeholders, and internal teams at appropriate stages.
• Monitor progress of lifecycle tasks, identify delays, and escalate issues as needed.
• Participate in internal process improvement initiatives and implement new regional or local requirements, tools, and systems.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert and Single Point of Contact for assigned topics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regulatory affairs, specifically in lifecycle submissions for pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
• Familiarity with Maghreb (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia) and French‑speaking African regulatory environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
