Regulatory Affairs Specialist – Cosmetics (Freelance)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team on a freelance basis. The role focuses on ensuring that our cosmetic products meet all Moroccan regulatory requirements and can be brought to market efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Register cosmetic products with the relevant Moroccan authorities.
• Prepare, compile, and submit all required regulatory documentation.
• Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with Moroccan cosmetic regulations.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and respond to inquiries as needed.
• Provide continuous regulatory advice and support to internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cosmetic regulatory affairs, preferably within Morocco.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan cosmetic legislation and registration procedures.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently on a remote basis.
