Remote Account Executive – B2B SaaS with Uncapped Commission

About the role

We are seeking a driven Account Executive to join our fast‑growing, bootstrapped B2B SaaS company. You will own the full sales cycle, showcase our recruiting automation platform, and help SMBs streamline their hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales process from discovery to close, delivering live demos and handling objections.
• Conduct deep discovery to map customer pain points to product features.
• Write personalized follow‑up emails, design cold‑outreach sequences, and test new approaches to improve conversion.
• Host weekly webinars and create educational videos to support prospects and customers.
• Act as a product evangelist, demonstrating deep knowledge and enthusiasm for solving hiring challenges.
• Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, ensuring all leads and opportunities are fully tracked.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions (ideally $1K–$5K ACV).
• Strong spoken and written English; comfortable with fully remote, asynchronous communication.
• Excellent live‑demo and objection‑handling skills.
• Quick learner able to grasp product use cases deeply.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to CRM/database hygiene.
• Reliable internet connection, good microphone/webcam, and a clear voice.
• Self‑starter, highly responsive, and motivated to contribute to a growing team.
