Remote Call Center Representative (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Call Center Representative to join our team and support our US & Canada insurance market. Working from home, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining client records.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to qualify prospects and make live transfers.
• Resolve client queries and handle objections professionally.
• Prepare and update customer spreadsheets and online records.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while communicating with clients.

Required profile

• Laptop or desktop with a minimum CPU score of 4000 (AMD Ryzen or Intel i5 8th Gen) and at least 8 GB RAM, running Windows 11 or a recent macOS version.
• Fiber‑optic internet connection capable of supporting 8‑9 hour shifts, five days a week, within EST business hours (9 AM‑9 PM EST).
• Excellent command of English and comfort handling objections.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced virtual environment with a strong work ethic and growth mindset.

What we offer

• Base monthly salary of USD 700.
• Performance‑based bonuses up to USD 500 per month.
