Remote Content Manager – Morocco Market

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Content Manager to lead the content strategy for the Moroccan market, with the possibility to expand across North Africa. You will work closely with the global Marketing Manager to create culturally relevant digital content that drives brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for Morocco and potentially other North‑African regions.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns and other digital channels.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
• Localise global content to fit regional market needs and cultural nuances.
• Collaborate with the global Marketing Manager to align content with overall marketing objectives.
• Monitor, analyse and optimise content performance using data‑driven insights.
• Coordinate with external partners, influencers and agencies to amplify reach.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and new content opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Content Manager or in a similar digital‑marketing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English; French is a strong plus.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading abilities.
• Highly organised with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset and ability to generate innovative content ideas.

Required skills

• Experience with digital marketing channels and content management systems.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and content optimisation techniques.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital‑marketing tools.
