Remote Enrolment Sales Manager – Morocco (Summer School)

About the role

Summer Academy is seeking a Remote Enrolment Sales Manager to lead student recruitment for its premium summer programmes across Morocco and the wider North‑African region. You will act as the face of the brand, building relationships with schools, consultants and corporate partners while driving enrolment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective students, achieving monthly and annual enrolment goals.
• Develop and nurture relationships with private schools, consultants and corporate partners in Morocco.
• Deliver presentations, school visits, parent information evenings and webinars to promote summer programmes.
• Attend regional education fairs and events to increase brand visibility.
• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp, following up to maximise conversion.
• Serve as primary contact for partner schools, providing support throughout the student journey.
• Provide regular market intelligence reports on trends, competitors and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing on content, social media campaigns and region‑specific materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in education sales, student recruitment or business development within study‑abroad or English language programmes.
• Strong understanding of the Moroccan education market and cultural nuances.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French (Arabic optional).
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for school visits, exhibitions and events.
