Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist customers from French‑speaking regions. You will handle voice calls and live‑chat interactions, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in both French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document all interactions accurately in the support system.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar customer‑support platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
