Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist customers from French‑speaking regions. The role involves handling voice calls and live‑chat interactions, turning issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely and friendly support in both French and English via calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document all customer interactions.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, care, and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
