About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat. You will use your language skills and empathy to turn customer frustrations into positive experiences while working in a fast‑paced, digital‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document every interaction in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.

• Represent the brand with professionalism, care, and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent verbal and written French and English.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Reliable internet connection (≥25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar tools).
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems.
