Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our global support team. In this fully remote position you will assist customers in both French and English, turning inquiries into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via chat, email, and phone in French and English.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical or order‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support system.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
