Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this position you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve technical or order-related questions and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email and phone.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to troubleshoot technical issues or order concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support platform.
• Collect and share customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to achieve service goals.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
