About the role

Vendana is seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to drive performance, coach talent, and lead sales operations for the French market in a fully remote setting. This hands‑on leadership role requires inspiring a team, making sound decisions under pressure, and turning complex situations into successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Executives supporting the French market.
• Monitor team performance, sales activity, and key commercial KPIs.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, mentoring, and support to improve team members' success.
• Support Sales Executives in developing their sales approach, handling objections, and improving conversion.
• Drive revenue growth by ensuring excellent sales execution and customer experience.
• Handle complex, urgent, and emotionally sensitive client situations.
• Identify performance gaps and implement practical coaching and development strategies.
• Contribute to sales strategy development and process improvements for the French market.
• Collaborate with management and cross‑functional teams to align business objectives.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in French (C2) and English.
• Previous experience leading, coaching, or mentoring sales teams.
• Proven sales track record with strong commercial results.
• Resilient, solution‑oriented leadership style with strong decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high‑pressure situations.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
