Reporting Programmer (Clinical Data)

About the role

The Reporting Programmer ensures the reporting environment meets the needs of Clinical Study Teams by gathering requirements, analyzing requests, and delivering high‑quality reports and dashboards that support clinical decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Study Management, Clinical Data Management and other stakeholders to identify reporting needs and document requests for new reports, dashboards, enhancements and modifications.
• Facilitate requirement‑gathering workshops, act as the interface between business teams and technical experts, and maintain end‑to‑end traceability of reporting requests.
• Produce detailed report specifications, support implementation and enhancement of reports, and ensure delivered reports meet business expectations and quality standards.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Management or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in clinical reporting, clinical data management or a similar environment.
• Understanding of clinical research processes, clinical trial data management and Computerized System Validation (CSV) principles.

Required skills

• Experience with Oracle solutions.
• Knowledge of reporting and dashboarding tools.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements and understand complex system architectures and data flows.
