Job description
Représentant Service Client – Réception chez Total Call à Casablanca. Vous gérez les comptes abonnés, traitez les réclamations, proposez des solutions techniques (ADSL, FTTH, IPTV, VOIP, WIFI, BOX) et contribuez à la fidélisation client. Poste CDI, rémunération attractive 5000 MAD net + primes panier et production, horaires 7h‑21h, shift rotatif, transport et crèche d’entreprise inclus.
