About the role
The Morocco Innovation and Evaluation Lab (MEL) seeks a Research Associate to support a randomized impact evaluation of an education technology program in Morocco’s public schools. The role is based at the UM6P campus in Rabat and involves close collaboration with an international research team.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee day‑to‑day implementation of the RCT project.
- Support data collection, management, and analysis throughout the pilot and end‑line phases.
- Ensure successful execution of field activities, including regular school visits.
- Liaise with public, private, NGO, and philanthropic partners involved in the evaluation.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or early‑career researcher aiming to pursue graduate studies in economics, quantitative education research, or impact evaluation.
- Strong interest in education technology and development research.
