Research Staff – Full‑time Hybrid Position

About the role

ARKAD Plus is seeking a Research Staff member to join its project teams in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. This full‑time hybrid role combines on‑site collaboration with the flexibility to work from home.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute research activities, including data collection and analysis.
• Prepare clear documentation of findings and support the creation of reports, presentations, and publications.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop research methodologies.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with project teams, solve problems proactively, and contribute to continuous improvement of research processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline (science, engineering, social sciences, business, etc.).
• Experience in data collection, interpretation, and reporting (internship or project support experience is a plus).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and independently.
