Reservations Agent – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Reservations Agent is the first point of contact for guests contacting Four Seasons Resort Marrakech and Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca. This role ensures every inquiry is handled with the warmth, professionalism, and excellence that define the Four Seasons brand, shaping the guest journey from the initial request to a flawless arrival.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservation inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and Global Distribution System (GDS) in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Promote room types, suites, packages, and hotel experiences to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of both properties, including room categories, amenities, dining venues, spa offerings, and local experiences.
• Enter, modify, and confirm reservations in the Property Management System, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Four Seasons standards.
• Deliver personalized service while following brand communication guidelines.

Required profile

• Experienced and service‑driven professional with a strong hospitality background.
• Excellent communication skills and a polished telephone manner.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Commitment to delivering the high‑quality guest experience expected by Four Seasons.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
• Experience using a Property Management System for reservations.
